The simplicity of the sea bass carpaccio is elevated with tomato, seaweed, arugula leaves, and capers.

Served in a pan for four, eight or twelve guests.
This Menu includes a house green salad and Key Lime Pie for dessert.
Important information RESERVATION Reservations and menu definitions must be made at least two days before the event, at the telephone number (506) 8855 0141. The reservation must indicate the time of arrival at the site and the time of serving the dishes. PAYMENT To secure the event date, the client must pay 50% of the total. The other 50% is due the day of the event. Payment methods can be cash or credit cards. TYPES OF SERVICES PROVIDED The indicated preview options can be offered in 3 modalities: 1- Pick up service from the restaurant located in Tamarindo on the way to Langosta. 2- Home delivery in the Langosta area, Tamarindo, and its surroundings. Add transportation cost: $40 3- Chef at home. Table service is at the agreed time of all meal times with household items. The kitchen and dishes will be cleaned after the service.
